SiskoAI Switch ("we", "us") operates a wallet-native marketplace platform with four pillars: Store, Recruiting, Capabilities, and Polls. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have about it.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following kinds of information:

• Account information. Email address (used for magic-link login), username, optional profile fields you choose to share (name, location, bio, profile image, hourly rate, portfolio URL).
• Transaction data. Records of purchases, sales, hires, capability assessments, and poll responses you participate in.
• Wallet data. Your wallet balance, top-up records, withdrawal records.
• Content you create. Storefront listings, jobs you post, capabilities you author, polls you run, ratings you submit, application pitches, deliverables, and any other content you choose to publish.
• Technical data. Browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and timestamps, used for security and to operate the Platform.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the Platform (authentication, transactions, escrow management).
• Display the public profiles, listings, and content you choose to publish.
• Communicate with you about your account, transactions, and material changes to the Platform.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• Improve the Platform based on aggregate usage patterns.

4. What's Public vs Private

Some information is public by design — your username, public talent profile, storefront listings, capability authorship, ratings posted after the blind window, and any badges you've marked public. Other information stays private — your email, wallet balance, transaction history, and unpublished drafts.

You can change visibility settings for individual badges and your overall talent profile from your account.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only:

• With other users when you choose to publish content or transact with them.
• With service providers (hosting, email delivery, payment processors) under contract to operate the Platform.
• When required by law (subpoena, court order, lawful regulatory request).
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the Platform.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in after magic-link authentication. We may use limited local storage for user preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on Anthropic-style ad networks.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your account and the data associated with it (subject to retention obligations for active escrows or legal compliance).
• Object to specific uses of your data.
• Export your data in a portable format.

8. Data Retention

We retain account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Public content (such as ratings tied to your username) may be retained as part of the Platform's historical record but can be anonymized at your request where feasible.

9. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect personal information — including HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed credentials, prepared SQL statements, and CSRF token enforcement on mutation endpoints. No system is completely secure; you are responsible for the security of the email account used for magic-link authentication.

10. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact privacy@siskoai.com and we will take appropriate action.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on the Platform.
